“The Eva Plan” offers aspiring and dedicated Maternity Nurses the opportunity to up-skill for their own business and elevate their success. It equips Maternity Nurses with essential skills and tools they need to observe, listen and implement a plan to achieve goals while successfully building relationships & supporting the family.
The extra skills are what make a Eva Maternity Nurse so much more impactful, and valuable. We provide a training course which allows a qualified Maternity Nurse to develop further with The Eva Plan for the chance to practice under Eva Maternity Services.
24 hour live in Maternity Nursing
Joining your family for 5/6 days a week (20 hours working & 4 hours break daily) This will offer your baby and family with the highest care and attention.
Day/Night Nurse
A Day Nurse provides and implements a day routine and shares a night structure for parents to then follow through themselves. (8am-5pm, flexible) A Night Nurse provides and implements a night routine. (12 hours either 8am-8pm/9am-9pm) (£15-£20* per hour)
Travel/Holiday Maternity Nursing
This is a nurse who will not only accompany your family while travelling and provide 24 hour maternity nurse services throughout but will also support the preparation including products required & baby’s packing. ( £250-£330* per 24 hr)
Eva Maternity Nurse Training
Each of our maternity nurses has to complete the training and become certified. To ensure that our team of maternity nurses are consistently performing at a high level, every maternity nurse is required to renew their certification annually. This provides clients with confidence and assurance while the maternity nurses ensure their continued development as guidelines evolve and any methods expand.
The training will be held virtually and culminates in a test to be assessed for final certification.
